During the initial phases of the Covid-19 outbreak, the unpredictable nature of the situation caused a growing number of shoppers to avoid malls. In those challenging times, Capitaland aimed to boost the morale of their audience while encouraging visits and spending at their malls.
We crafted an uplifting concept centered around family, where our characters engaged with the enticing offers. Through each scenario, we effectively communicated a series of tactical promotions to shoppers.
