In anticipation of the mid-year lull period, LendLease sought to promote their loyalty programme and drive footfall at JEM using attractive e-voucher customer rewards and a terrarium workshop as part of the promotional mechanics. We crafted a unique visual that communicated these mechanics, cleverly staged in a terrarium setting. This approach resonated positively with the millennial target group, resulting in a favourable response.
